Welcome to the General Terms and Conditions page of Alatea Apartments & Rooms. We kindly invite you to read this information carefully to understand the terms of your stay at our facilities.

1. Reservations
Reservations can be made through our website, by phone, or via third-party platforms (such as Booking). To confirm a reservation, required information must be provided and, in some cases, a deposit or advance payment may be necessary, depending on the selected rate.

2. Cancellation Policy
Refundable bookings: Free cancellation is available up to 1 day before the arrival date. In case of late cancellation or no-show, the cost of one night will be charged.
Non-refundable bookings: No refund is available in the case of cancellation, changes, or no-show.

 

3. Arrival and Check-in
Check-in is available from 3:00 PM onwards. Please inform us in advance of your estimated arrival time. If you arrive earlier, you may use our free luggage storage service. We cannot guarantee access to rooms before the check-in time, but we will do our best to accommodate you as early as possible.

 

4. Departure and Check-out
Check-out must be completed by 10:00 AM. We kindly ask you to leave the accommodation in good condition. Luggage storage is available after check-out if needed.

 

5. Parking
We do not offer private parking, but several public (paid) parking options and covered garages are available nearby. Details can be found on our "Where We Are" page.

 

6. House Rules
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartments and common areas. Pets are allowed with an additional fee. We offer cribs for children aged 0 to 2 (limited availability). We recommend reserving a crib at the time of booking.

 

7. Services
We do not provide breakfast service. Cleaning and linen change services are not daily but can be requested for an additional cost. Free high-speed Wi-Fi is available in all our properties. Apartments are equipped with air conditioning, towels, bed linens, and other amenities. Our luggage storage is free and available both before check-in and after check-out.

 

8. Liability and Damages
We are not responsible for any theft or damage to the luggage or personal belongings. Common and exterior areas of the property are equipped with surveillance cameras for guest safety.

 

9. Documents and Check-in
To complete check-in, a copy of the identification documents for all guests must be provided prior to arrival.

 

10. Privacy and Security
The handling of personal data complies with privacy regulations. The data collected is used solely for managing the booking and stay. For more information, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

 

11. Changes to the Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be promptly communicated on our website.
