Each Alatea Apartments & Rooms property has a free luggage storage that is always available both before check-in and after check-out, to ensure you have a comfortable and carefree stay.
The day before your arrival you will receive all the necessary instructions to access the property independently.
Inside you will find the luggage storage, that is, gray lockers with keys, where you can store your luggage in complete safety.

Self Check-In
Access your apartment or room in total autonomy, without wasting time. The day before your arrival you will receive all the necessary instructions to access the property quickly and easily.
On the day of your arrival, as soon as your accommodation is ready, you will receive the final information to be able to enter without problems.
Remember that, although it is an autonomous process, we are always available to assist you for any need. You will never be left alone.
However, it is essential that you can be reached, both by email and by telephone, in order to be able to intervene promptly in case of need.

At Alatea we offer tourist rentals and, unlike a traditional hotel, we do not have a physical reception. However, for us, assistance to our guests is fundamental.
